What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor: 

• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner. 
• Obtain and record vehicle information and customer concerns. 
• Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services. 
• Assist customers in understanding service options and estimated costs. 
• Prepare detailed repair orders and update customers throughout the repair process. 
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing transparent communication. 
• Advise customers on vehicle care and the benefits of regular maintenance. 
• Maintain organization and efficiency in the service department. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• A team player with a positive attitude. 
• Strong customer service mindset.

We are looking for an automotive detailer who will put the finishing touches on our vehicles before they go on the lot or directly to our customers! There is nothing better than a freshly cleaned vehicle that smells new. Our vehicles wouldn’t be what they are without the help of our amazing detail department. At Jerry’s Chevrolet & Corvette Center in Beresford, SD you will find a positive, encouraging work environment! We are looking for a detailer for our busy shop with a mix of new and used vehicles. This person is responsible for completing the customer experience by washing and cleaning the vehicle for the customer prior to them picking it up along with making sure that all of the vehicles are looking in tip-top shape ready to go on the lot for sale.

• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities 
• Preferred, but not required, familiarity with CDK 
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented workplace
