What You’ll Own
Customer Experience
Be the first friendly face customers see in the service drive
Listen, ask the right questions, and actually care about their concerns
Explain maintenance and repairs in plain English (no scare tactics, no confusion)
Keep customers updated so there are no surprises
The Service Flow
Write clean, accurate repair orders
Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep jobs moving
Review completed work and invoices, so customers feel confident, not rushed
Team Impact
Work side-by-side with technicians, parts, and management
Help keep the service drive organized, efficient, and moving
Be the go-to person customers trust and teammates rely on
